FREE to all customers that own a GM vehicle equipped with OnStar!

Jeff Wyler Eastgate Chevrolet is proud to be your Cincinnati OnStar Vehicle Diagnostics dealer.  Our Cincinnati Chevy dealership is certified by GM to notify and service your OnStar equipped vehicle.

Here is how it works.  As an active OnStar subscriber, you can enroll in OnStar Vehicle Diagnostics (OVD) and select Jeff Wyler Eastgate Chevrolet as your preferred Cincinnati Chevy dealer.  All you have to do is press the blue OnStar button from your OnStar equipped vehicle and ask the advisor to make Jeff Wyler Eastgate your "OVD Dealer of Choice". Your vehicle will then be continuously be monitored by OnStar on the following 6 key operating systems:
1)  Engine and/or Transmission System
2)  Emissions System
3)  Air Bag System
4)  StabiliTrak System
5)  Antilock Brake System (ABS)
6)  OnStar System

While you drive, diagnostic data on your vehicle's system is automatically sent to OnStar.  OnStar will then send you a simple monthly report on the status of your vehicle's systems via email.  Further, as your preferred Cincinnati Chevrolet Service dealer, Jeff Wyler Eastgate Chevrolet will receive a notice for the following:

1)  Odometer readings indicating when your vehicle needs scheduled maintenance
2)  Information about your oil life (less than 20%)
3)  Recall notices
4)  Tire Rotation reminders

Upon receiving notification from OnStar Vehicle Diagnostics, Jeff Wyler's Chevy service department will then contact you to schedule a maintenance appointment at your convenience.
